I am happy to accept any returns within 30 days of order for a full refund of the piece(s) to purchaser. If your item was personalized please contact me.
► REWORK OR REPAIR
Need a change to your piece? No problem! We can give a new size, change personalization, make any repairs. Any remakes/reworks are free within 30 days of order; after 30 days, pricing varies.
► EXCHANGE
Want something different? We’ll exchange your piece for something else within three months of your order. Free, up to the cost of the original item.
► CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We’ll always do our best to accommodate any cancellations and updates to your order, but once an order is in production we can’t always guarantee that changes are possible. However, contact our Care Team if you'd like to cancel your order and we'll do our best to help!
